Juninho Potiguar: “I feel comfortable in FC “Sheriff”
In the last round of the championship the new FC “Sheriff” player Juninho Potiguar could score a goal for our team. In the interview for the official site of the club Potiguar told about this event and his adaptation in the new team.

First of all, we would like to congratulate you on your first goal for FC “Sheriff”. Did you have a goal to score in any case when you took the field?
First goal for the new club is always a big event for a football player. When I took the field, I was thinking of how to help the team. I made it, scored a goal and I am very happy.

Did your close people have a chance to congratulate you on that already?
They did it at once. The first one was my wife who was at the stands. After the match I talked to my relatives and they are very happy for me.

What impression do you have from the Moldavian Championship?
Moldavian football is very different from the Brazilian. I have not seen a lot so far but I understood that they play in a different way in Brazil. I hope I will adapt in Moldavian Championship soon.

It is already in the next round that FC “Sheriff” is playing not an easy match with FC “Tiraspol” which takes the second place. What do you expect from this game?
I expect our team to win. Being here I understood that FC “Sheriff” plays only for winning in each match. I know FC “Tiraspol” has a good coach, good players and the match will not be easy. Both teams will have a combat on the field.

Is the adaptation process already over for you?
Yes, it is. I am getting used to the football, I don’t have any problems in the team, and we have a great atmosphere. My wife is in Tiraspol already so I feel comfortable in FC “Sheriff”.

You are in the team since January. Do you like our winter?
Now it is not very warm but the winter is definitely over. For me such a winter is the first time in my life. It was cold but it went well. I am happy with what I saw, especially with the snow.
