In the central match of MD 5 Sheriff won Zimbru Chisinau by the score 3:0.
 
Tiraspol team started attacking since the first minutes and had many chances, however they failed to score in the first half.
 
After the break our players took an advantage which turned out in three scored goals. First goal was scored when Josip Brezovec delivered a corner, Anton Georgi scored in his own goal.

The second goal was scored by Mateo Susic in a far corner. Zoran Kvrzic later scored the third goal making the score final and taking the leading position in the strikers' race.
 
We should mention that today's defeat of Zimbru is the first one for them in the championship.
