- Good evening. I congratulate the teams on their victory, but I cannot congratulate us on the game. My players say they are very tired. Probably, we need to check them in the morning, maybe they have another job, they work at some kind of factory. Today a lot has failed. We won, but did not get any pleasure from the game. There was no compactness, no speed, no reception, no transmission, no ideas in the attack. We have to work hard. I understand this and will do it.

 

- Now the advantage is 14 points. For 9 rounds to the finish, it is difficult to motivate the team, realizing that the task is practically solved?

- This is a good question that I think about every day. If you need to motivate a person, I don’t think this work. A football player should feel joy every day in training and, of course, in the game. If you need motivation, then this is a big problem. We hope that such conversations will no longer be. There were already several of them, but apparently it doesn’t work. Even if it seems that we won, all the same, “Sheriff” must play attractive football, at a good level.

 

- Today played the 16th player. How is it fashionable to explain?

- I try every day to find a good young football player at the Academy. In my first mandate, several good young players have grown up here. This task is now. I am very pleased with the way Nikita played today. I was not afraid, I played football. For me, he was one of the best. He just needs a little time to add strength and experience. God willing, find a couple more players.

- Every day we work on them, we analyze them in training. This is not always visible.
