At the meeting of the Executive Committee of the Football Federation of Moldova, it was decided to prematurely end the season in the Championship of Moldova among children and youths, and to distribute the teams according to the tournament tables that were formed after the last matches.

 

Thus, in the National Division, the trainees of the Sheriff Football Academy became champions in 3 out of four older ages.

 

The U-19 team, which is trained by Andrei Corneencov, is 4 points ahead of the representatives of the Sports Football School of the city of Balti, while they played one match less.

 

The U-17 team, coach Yuri Solovienko, is ahead of the Dacia-Buiucani club by 2 points after 11 matches played.

 

The U-16 team, coach Vitaliy Tarasenko, took the second place, letting forward only an eternal rival, Chisinau Zimbru.

 

The U-15 team, coach Denis Laptev, became the first in its age category by a margin of 5 points from Chisinau Dacia-Buyucani. Teams played 11 matches each.

 

The Federation Executive Committee also decided that this season medals and diplomas will not be awarded. U-19 team of Sheriff Football Academy  got the right to play in the UEFA Youth League.
