Without victories, but with teeth
The two-week break was small - before a big break in the Championship of Moldova in the National Division which will come at the beginning of July and will last a month. Series from three games of the National Division and two matches of the Cup are ahead.
The first of them will be with the only team of the tournament which does not know taste of victories yet – FC Codru, Lozova. However it does not mean that today the team of Zoran Zekic will have an ordinary training. And proof of that is the first game of teams. It took place in Tiraspol, and FC Sheriff gained a victory on nerves - 2:1.
Statistics says about full advantage of the yellow-black. Codru scores only 0.58 goals for a game, misses 2.25. Figures of FC Sheriff are completely opposite, as well as the place in the table – 2.58/0.33.
Even the fact that Codru is the only team in the League which did not gainr any point on the home field (nominally the owner of the field - players from Lozova don’t have a stadium), does not say about the forthcoming easy match. We let in the text next "but" and we understand - any loss of scores for FC Sheriff is inadmissible.
Of course, nobody is going to frighten supporters. It is only a warning for players – the rival needs to be taken seriously, despite of his status.
