On Sunday, 1 April, FC Sheriff make a start in a new season of the National Division. The first game does not seem to be easy. Our first rival is a bronze medalist of the former transitional season - Petrocub Hincesti.

The history of confrontations is not long. Moreover, Sheriff do not have any defeats in face-to-face encounters, and the only loss of points (0-0 draw) was in the 2016/2017 season. It's also important that first goals our club conceded only in the transitional tournament - in both games.

If to count numbers, in eight games FC Sheriff made 7 wins with one draw. 19-2 are goals and conceded goals numbers.

However, it's too early to walk on air. Last summer the team from Hincesti was headed by Lilian Popescu who knows how to work with Moldоvan teams. As the result -the 3rd pace in the first season, first goals into Sheriff net whereas Milsami, Dacia, Zimbru and Zaria also had a chance to feel how tough Petrocub team can be.

The kick-off of the central game of the tour is at 15:00, FC Sheriff Covered Arena. We note that the entrance is admission free. And to avoid any doubts that the battle will be interesting, let's recall the former encounter between the Champion and the Medalist in 2017.
