The first newcomer of FC Sheriff in 2021 was the midfielder of the Luxembourg national team, Sebastien Thill. The parties reached an agreement on the transfer and signed the employment agreement.

 

The 27 year old midfielder was born in Luxembourg in a family that is directly related to football. His father, Serge Thill, is a former football player, his mother, Natalie, is closely associated with this sport (her father was the coach of the women's team. Sebastien has three brothers, and they all play football, two (Olivier and Vincent) are already playing at a professional level.

 

Sebastien spent most of his professional career at the Progress club. He made his debut in the top league of Luxembourg at the age of 16. Sebastien Thill began his professional career at Petange. He spent the last six months at the Russian Premier League club, FC Tambov.

 

At 20 he made his debut for the national team of his country. It is interesting that in the first match Sebastien scored and the national team won.
