Colombian midfielder Marcelino Junior Carreazo Betin has joined FC Sheriff. Having completed all the necessary legal and medical formalities, he is now a full member of our club’s close-knit family.

Marcelino was born on 17 December 1999 in the town of Carmen de Bolívar. He received his football training at Tahira, from where he moved to the Once Caldas Academy, the team with which he signed his first professional contract. He moved to Europe in 2022, joining Sofia-based CSKA. He spent the last six months in Cyprus, playing for Apollon Limassol FC.
