Welcome, Jojo
Portuguese winger Jorge Miguel Lopes Javier (Jojo) has become a new player for FC Sheriff. The player has completed all the necessary procedures and signed an employment contract.
The 24-year-old footballer began learning the basics of football at Amadora, but received his main football training at the Benfica Academy in Lisbon, where he spent five years. After that, he played for Belenenses, where he played for the U-23 youth team, the club for which he made his debut in the Portuguese top division. He then played in the second division for Pacos de Ferreira, and last season he was a player for Vizela.
He has dual citizenship and made his debut for the Cape Verde national team, for which he has played three matches.
