Daba Diakite, a 21-year-old midfielder from Mali, has become a player of FC Sheriff.

Daba was born on February 23, 2004 in the town of Sebekoro, in the south-west of Mali. He started his soccer career in the club AC Polis, and in 2022 moved to one of the leading clubs in the country - AC Joliba. As part of it became champion of Mali and took part in the qualification of the Champions League CAF - the African analog of the European Champions League.

On account of Daba also two matches for the Mali national team (U-20) in the qualification of the African Cup of Nations.

FC “Sheriff” staff is glad to welcome Daba in Tiraspol and wishes him success in the yellow and black jersey.
