U-19 national team of Moldova had two test matches with Cyprus team. Both games were played at the sports complex Sheriff. First match ended in a 0:0 draw, second match ended in a 3:2 victory by Veaceslav Rusnac's team. Three players from Sheriff Academy took part in the matches.

Defender Ivan Voropai played in both encounters from beginning till the end. In the second match there was ricochet of Ivan to Moldovan team goal. Midfielder Veaceslav Podlisnic played only in the first match, the last 16 minutes. In the second match he was on the bench. Eduard Grekul was in the starting eleven and substituted on 60th minute. In the second game he took the field on 74th minute.

In October U-19 national team of Moldova will have two more friendly games, this time with Belorussia and in the start of November in a preliminary cycle in terms of the Championship of Europe.
