Uncomplying Petrocub
FC Sheriff and FC Petrocub Hincesti play tomorrow in the last matchday of the second round of the Championship of Moldova, National Division. First of all, the match is important in terms of teams position in the standings. Its result will influence the calendar of the last part of the tournament.
It is the second year that the team from Hincesti is considered to be one of elite teams of Moldovan football. They have their manner, ambitious president and a new head coach Yuri Osipenco.
Tomorrow's match will be the fifth one in history. In four previous matches Petrocub did not score any goals. However in a match of the first round they could make it a draw on their home stadium (you can watch a video of the match in the video below). That match was the first one for Roberto Bordin as FC Sheriff head coach.
In the pre-season our club also had a few changes in the squad. But the main players remained the same.
The statistics is that there were 4 official matches between FC Sheriff and FC Petrocub Hincesti. 3 victories taken by our club and one draw. Goals difference – 8:0. Subotic and Ricardinho scored two goals each. The biggest victory 4:0 was taken in 2015 at the Main Arena of sports complex Sheriff.
