FC Sheriff forward Ricardinho was acknowledged the best player of the season 2014/2015 according to the UEFA.com, the official website of the Union of European Football Associations.

The Brazilian forward spent a good season and became the best striker of the championship. Ricardinho's suspension for the decisive 3-2 defeat by Milsami in April was perhaps key to deciding the destination of the title. The 25-year-old plays flank forward, displayed all of his abilities amid a splendid campaign, his technique, shooting prowess and vision. During winter pre-season Moldavian media informed on the interest to Ricardinho from other clubs. "I have two more years of contract with FC Sheriff, so I cannot talk about other teams now. I do not know what awaits me", Ricardinho said.
