FC “Sheriff” had a match against OFK “Beograd” from Serbia while training camps in Turkey.
The starting line-up of FC “Sheriff”: Dmitri Stajila, Melli, Ricardinho, Marcel Metoua, Kadu, Benjamin Balima, Ernandes. Miral Samardzic, Jhulliam, Marko Stanoevic, Luvannor. Substitute players: Juninho Potiguar, Klysman Henrique, Vadim Paireli, Valentin Furdui.
In general FC “Sheriff” dominated the game. There were not so many moments, however FC “Sheriff” was more active. In the first half Jhulliam won fight with the defender, shot at the goal but the goalkeeper Zechevich made a save. At the end of the first half Ricardinho hit the post, Luvannor then handled the ball but it got into the outer side of the net.
The Serbian team acted on the defensive and on counterattacks, the main danger was created by OFK from the set pieces. In the middle of the second half FC “Sheriff” front man Luvannor was sent off for a foul, and in a few minutes Ricardinho was also sent off. Marcel Metoua received pass from Paireli, sent the ball but the goalkeeper changed the direction of the ball.
The final score is 0:0. The next opponent of FC “Sheriff” is FC “Tyumen” on February 16, 2014.
