The spring series of matches of national teams in the qualifying rounds of various tournaments is coming to an end. Players of the first team of FC Sheriff also take part in them.

 

The most notorious result was achieved by the Republic of Moldova team, which played a 0-0 draw in Chisinau with the main favorite of the qualifying group for the European Championship - the Czech team. Dumitru Celeadnic again remained on the bench. After two rounds, the team of Sergey Kleshchenko is in third place, two points behind the leader.

 

Trinidad and Tobago failed to qualify from the CONCACAF Nations League group. In the last match of the group, the Trinidadians failed to beat Nicaragua - a 1:1 draw. In the match, in which 13 yellow cards were shown, Keston Julien (pictured) started and played 79 minutes.

Gabon lost away to Sudan 0:1. Christ Bekale was again on the bench. The Gabonese are still the leaders of the group.

 

Niger again lost to Algeria, this time 0:1. Abdoul Moumouni did not enter the field . Niger is still the third in the group, but there are still chances to get out.
