Running in second place in the second most powerful League of Ukraine, Lutsk Volyn will be the fifth rival of FC Sheriff at the training camp in Turkey. The match will take place on the field, where the wards of Zoran Zekic did not miss.

 

Volyn, a club which celebrates its 80th anniversary this year, was founded in 1960. The team received the name on April 3. In recent history, it appears that Volyn Football Club was founded on January 30, 1989. In the Premier League of Ukraine, our opponent did not win trophies. The best achievement is 5th place in 1992 and 6th place in the 2002-2003 season. In the Cup of Ukraine three times played in the semi-finals of the competition.

 

Now the team is being trained by Andrei Tlumak, who led the team in 2018, and before that, he worked with FC Karpaty Lviv for 6 years.

 

This is the second match at our opponent’s training camp in Turkey. In the first match, Volyn lost to Danish Aarhus Fremad - 0: 2.
