Today FC Sheriff Under-19 team became the winner of the Championship of Moldova in this age category.

 

The Sheriff Academy team, led by Andrei Corneencov, achieved an away victory over FC Real Sukches in the last tour- 2: 1. 35 points were scored by our team following the results of two tours of the championship. Our main competitor for gold medals, FC Dacia-Buiucani, is in second place with 34 points.

 

Defender Grigory Marakutsa opened the scoring in this decisive match, the home team equalized it at the end of the first half through the efforts of Mikhail Lupan. The winning goal was scored by Alizade Karmanov.

 

As a reminder, the national champion in this age category gets the right to compete in the UEFA Youth League.
