Temporary changes
The Executive Committee of the Football Federation of Moldova adopted at the last meeting temporary changes for the calendar year 2020. Thus:
During matches, each team:
- can use / make a maximum of five substitutions of players;
- has the right to a maximum of three possibilities of using player substitutions / to maintain the rhythm of the match, substitutions will be made at a maximum of 3 moments when the game is stopped;
- In addition, changes can be made during the break of the match;
- if both teams make substitutions at the same time, this will be considered as a substitution option used by each of the teams.
In the framework of the Orange Moldova Cup:
- can use / carry out a maximum of five substitutions of players;
- has the right to a maximum of three possibilities of using player substitutions / to maintain the rhythm of the match, substitutions will be made at a maximum of 3 moments when the game is stopped;
- In addition, changes can be made during the break of the match;
- if both teams make substitutions at the same time, this will be considered as a substitution option used by each of the teams.
If the teams play extra time, each team:
- can use an additional substitution (regardless of whether the team used the maximum number of substitutions)
- has the right to an additional opportunity to make a substitution (regardless of whether the team used the maximum number of substitutions). To maintain the rhythm of the match, substitutions will be made only in one moment the game is stopped.
Additionally, the team can make a substitution:
- In the period before the start of extra time;
- During a break of extra time.
If one of the teams has not used the maximum number of substitutions or opportunities for substitutions, substitutions and opportunities of substitutions can be used in extra time.
If both teams make substitutions at the same time, this will be considered as a substitution option used by each of the teams.
