FC Sheriff-2 suffered a defeat from FC Spikul in 23rd matchday.

First minutes of the match showed that both teams are set to winning. Acute moments happened in both sides. Luka Pavlovic's team took control of the ball pressing the host team at their goal. But when the ball got to the middle area Spikul carried out quick counterattacks.

First goal was scored by Denis Gaichanu on 15th minute after a set piece. It took less than seven minutes for Sheriff to balance the scoring. Ibrahim Kone took the pass from Dmitri Semirov, outplayed the goalkeeper and balanced the scoring.

It looked as if the teams would leave for the break with this score. However, Rodrigo Bostan got the ball and scored to the upper V.

In the second 45 Spikul stayed in the defense and played safely. Our team kept on creating chances to win back. Spikul goalkeeper did his job well.

14th victory in a row started with the match against Spikul and ends now with the same team. Despite 1:2 defeat, Sheriff-2 kept their first position in the standings.
