‘Sheriff’ U-19 suffered a defeat in an away game in the fourth round of the Youth League against their peers from “Zimbru.”

The match began as an evenly matched contest. In the first half, the teams traded goals and went into halftime tied 1–1. Ivan Zhezu once again stood out for our team, demonstrating his skill on set pieces by scoring a beautiful goal on a free kick.

After the break, the home team managed to take control and capitalize on their chances. In the second half, “Zimbru” scored three more goals.

The final score was 4–1 in favor of the home team.

Sheriff U-19’s next match will be played in Tiraspol. Our team’s opponent will be Atletico from Bălți.
