Roberto Bordin as a new head coach
The Italian Roberto Bordin has been appointed as FC Sheriff head coach. 51-year-old specialist previously worked in the Italian club Triestina. The employment contract between the club and Roberto Bordin has been signed today.
Roberto was born in Lybia, played as a midfielder and started his career in 1982. He played two years for Sanremese. The best years of his career were in 1989-1997 when he first played for Atalanta and then Napoli. In Napoli Roberto played under the guidance of Marcello Lippi and was a team captain.
Roberto started his coaching career in 2005. Until this year he worked with Andrea Mandorlini, the most successful period was in Verona for coaching from 2010 till 2015.
