Richard Gadze, like all our players, prepares for the games in the second part of the season. The forward from Ghana, in an interview for the club's official website, spoke about first training sessions, his expectations and his own secret of success.

 

- Richard, we are glad to see you after the vacation. What was your mood when you came out of vacation?

- The pause in the championship is a rather pleasant time for me, so I had the opportunity to see my family and friends. The mood is great, so far so good.

 

- How is your work on the field going? Tell us about the trainings. Is there anything unusual in the preparation of the team from Yuri Vernydub?

- The first trainings were excellent, we work a lot under the guidance of our new coach. Changes in preparation and in the team's play are inevitable, so I try to adapt well to everything new. In general, the preparation is going on in a good atmosphere, everything is going well. We build collective ties, and I can say that we will be ready for the challenges ahead.

 

- Speaking of challenges, what are your expectations from the upcoming games in the second half of the season?

- I expect that there will be an uncompromising struggle ahead, there will be many stubborn and competative games. In my opinion, we must minimize risks in every game and use every opportunity to win our opponents.

 

- At the end of the first part of the season, you have five assists and four goals scored. How would you describe your performance in 13 games played?

- I would say that it was a good team work. In the individual plan, there are points that can and should be improved. I am sure that I can show myself even better and stronger in the second half of the season.

 

- Tell us about your role and position on the field. In some games you were a forward, in others you acted from the depths of midfield.

- It all depends on the coach's tactics - I play, one might say, according to the instructions, it can also be said, game plan. The coaching staff knows what is good for the team to succeed. Basically, I am always ready to help the team in any position and in any role on the football field.

 

- You have been included to the dream team of the Championship more than once. What is the secret of success from Richard Gadze?

- Perseverance, persistance and faith.
