The junior national team of Moldova (U-19) reached the final, beating the national team of Italy (amateur) on penalties (4: 3), of the international tournament - Roma Caput Mundi-2020. The normal time of the match ended in a draw 0: 0.

 

Among the trainees of the Sheriff Academy, Artur Unture and Artem Ivanov (both at 41st minute of the game), Nikita Picus played the whole match, and Alexei Samoilenko remained on the bench.

 

Thus, the wards of Yuri Chunchuk took first place in their group, reaching the final of the tournament. In another group, the first place was taken by the Kosovo team. The final with the Kosovars will be held today.
