Quarantine time is an opportunity for many to share their opinions, including football. This is done mainly on social networks. And these opinions are worth sharing.

 

One of them came from Kazakhstan coach Alexander Kuznetsov, who visited our complex at the “Sheriff Cup - 2017” tournament. And here it is - called “The Traveler’s Recollection” (excerpts exclusively from the football component):

 

“Wonder of the world in football is exactly about the Sheriff complex. Luxury base in the city of Tiraspol. We arrived there at night. Woke up in the morning and saw this miracle. The owner Victor Gushan entered his name in the history of football and the country.

 

Sheriff is located in the Transdniestrian Moldavian Republic - an unrecognized state in Eastern Europe. I happened to be there thanks to my friend Shota Makharadze, who heads the Academy. The tournament that took place there helped us prepare for a successful performance at the Granatkin Memorial 2017.

 

We played 3-3 at the “Sheriff Cup” with Zenit Academy. Alexander Nizelik brought them, for the first time he noticed Seydakhmet. This is the benefit of international trips.

 

Thanks Shota! I will mark his games in the UEFA Youth League with the Academy. Great job - because they have the infrastructure, but the choice of the players is not great. In playoffs went through a couple of rounds and lost only by penalty to  Serbs from Crvena Zvezda. I think worthy!

 

The territory of the complex covers more than 40 hectares; There is a Main Arena, a Small Arena, eight training fields (there are already 16 of them), an indoor football stadium, a residential complex, a swimming pool, a hotel.

 

Good luck to the whole team of FC Sheriff. I'll be back in Moldova. ”
