The second team of FC Sheriff and the youth team Under-19, which made it into the round of the playoffs of the UEFA Youth League, began training today after the holidays.

 

At the first training session under the leadership of Shota Makharadze and Andrei Corneencov, 27 people were engaged. Tomorrow, the players will undergo an in-depth medical examination, after which they will continue to train in double mode at the club's base in Tiraspol.

 

The coaching staff has planned at least 5 test matches. They will take place on January 17, 20, 23, 26, and February 1. Names of rivals will be announced later.

 

Let's remind that the youth of U-19 will play on February 12 in the UEFA Youth League against the Serbian Crvena Zvezda. The game is planned at the SC Sheriff Small Arena and will begin at 18.00. FC Sheriff is the first and only club in Moldova, whose team made it to the spring part of the Euro tournament.
