The draw for the first round of the playoffs of the UEFA Youth League took place at UEFA headquarters in the Swiss city of Nyon.

 

According to the results of the draw, the trainees of Sheriff Football Academy, the Under-19 team, will play at this stage of the tournament with their peers from FK Crvena Zvezda, Belgrade.

 

The winner will be determined in one match. It will take place on February 11/12. Let's remind that in the current draw of the UEFA Youth League the wards of Shota Makharadze and Andrei Corneencov defeated Albanian Shkendija and Norwegian Sogndal.

 

FC Sheriff is the first and only club in Moldova, whose team made it to reach the spring part of the European tournament.
