One goal scored to reserves of Sperenta
Today FC Sheriff reserves team has played a match of the 16th round of the Championship of Moldova in the Division of junior reserves. The wards of Luka Pavlovich played host to the reserves of SFK Speranta, Nisporeni.
The first half of the game passed with overwhelming advantage of yellow-black and expectedly ended with their victory. A corner kick brought success to our team. After a corner kick the ball was put in the back of the net by Ivan Voropai – 1:0.
In the second half of the match the “wasps” also dominated, and with the appearance of forward Abdoul Gafar Sirima the danger at gate of Speranta began to arise even more often. On the 75th minute of the match Marin Caruntu got a penalty kick for our team but Vsevolod Nihaev unfortunately couldn’t beat the goalkeeper of Speranta. 10 minutes later the referee awarded a penalty in the goal of Nisporeni team. At this time Marin Caruntu came to the spot but he also couldn’t beat Igor Mostovey who already was on a roll.
In the time remaining both teams made several dangerous attacks but the score on the board didn’t change. 1:0 – the minimum victory of our youth team which continue to be in the lead in the tournament.
