In the fourth match day of the National Division of the Moldavian Championship Sheriff played an away match against Olimpia. The hosts began the match good and in the very beginning created a good attack but the attacker was in an off-side position. After this attack Sheriff had established possession of the ball. In one of the episodes the ball was hit into the post and Balima missed the net right afterwards. Sheriff managed to score in the middle of the first half when Marcel Metoua scored after a good corner by Kadu. Kadu also could score but was just unlucky. On the 45th minute Luvannor received the ball and scored the second goal.
In the second half nothing changed. Sheriff attacked a lot and managed to score the third goal quickly. Pascenco received the ball from the left flank and sent the ball into the net. The fourth goal was scored by Luvannor. After this episode Olimpia had a chance from the spot but the ball hit the post and the score remained the same. Good chance had Fernando whose shot hit the crossbar. The last fifth goal was scored by Ricardinho who converted the penalty awarded for intentional handball. 0-5 for Sheriff.
