New faces, old faces
Two Moldovan footballers have joined FC Sheriff's first team. They are midfielders Vsevolod Nihaev and Daniel Danu. The players are preparing with the team for the second half of Liga 7777 and the Moldovan Cup.
23-year-old Daniel Danú spent the last few years in Romania, where he played for FC Kindia Târgoviște and CSM Olimpia Satu Mare. A product of Bălți football, he was called up to the Moldovan national teams of all ages, and in November 2024, he made his debut for the national team in a match against Gibraltar.
26-year-old Vsevolod Nihaev played for FC Dacia Buiucani in the first part of the season. A graduate of the Sheriff Football Academy, he has spent most of his career abroad. Kazakhstan's Okzhetpes, Russia's Akron, FC Bukhara, and Belarus's Isloch are on his list. He has been called up to all national teams, from U-17 to U-21.
