Serghei Pascenco, a pupil of FC Sheriff, goalkeeper of the first team, is finishing his sporting career. His last contract as a player expires at the end of the month. The good news is that from July 1, Sergei will officially become the Sports Director of FC "Sheriff".

Born in Tiraspol on December 18, 1982. At the age of 16 he made his debut for the second team of the club, and in the season 2001-2002 he made his debut for the first team. He won 11 Moldovan Championship titles, 5 Cups and 3 Moldovan Supercups. Serghei Pascenco also played in Russia for FC Alania Vladikavkaz and FC Gazovik, in Iran for FC Malavan, in Moldova for FC Olimpia and SFC Balti and FC Tiraspol.

In 2019, in parallel with his career as a goalkeeper, Serghei Pascenco worked as a goalkeepers coach in the first team.
