Mislav Karoglan: «We have a lot of work to do»
Head coach of FC "Sheriff", Mislav Karoglan, about the match of the second round of the Super League against CSF "Spartanii Sportul":
- How can you evaluate the game?
- In the first half we showed good soccer, but in the second half we played very badly. I am not satisfied with the way we looked. If you look at the performances of FC Sheriff in recent months, we see a lot of crosses, forward passes, but not much diagonal play. We have a lot of work to do with this team. I have full confidence that in 2-3 months we will change our style of play and will look different.
- What goals did the management set before you?
- The only goal is to become the Champion of Moldova. And I came here for this goal. We are in the process of forming the team, and it is clear that we need to develop. There is a lot of work. I think that at the moment the team is not at the level we want to see. This applies both physically, technically and tactically.
- What are the expectations from the upcoming match against Olimpija?
- First of all, we have to give our best. The team should play at the maximum in every match, and then we'll see.
- Is there hope for a miracle?
- I'm a believer, and absolutely anything can happen in soccer, but we must play more than 100 percent. In other words, we have to make a perfect match, and it will not be easy.
