Mateo Susic is a new FC Sheriff player
A 24-year-old Bosnian right defender Mateo Susic is a new FC Sheriff player.
Susic was born in Bosnia and Herzegovina where he began his career as a football player. He played for junior clubs Brotnjo and Zrinjski. At the age of 18 Susic played for the main team Zrinjski for the first time where he remained for two more years as the player of the main squad. He played 35 matches for Zrinjski.
In 2010 Mateo Susic was transferred to the First League Croatian “Istra 1961” where he played 72 matches. Then three years later Susic moved to Germany where he became the player of FC Energie Cottbus from the Second Bundersliga.
The last club of FC Sheriff new player was Romanian CFR Cluj where he played 16 matches, as well as Europeans cups.
Susic also played for U-17 national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina and for the youth national team of this country.
The Bosnian who is also the citizen of Croatia will play in FC Sheriff under the number 55.
