FC Sheriff Bosnian defender Mateo Susic shared his comments on playing in Sheriff after the expiration of his contract:

I had 2 perfect years in Sheriff, all the trophies that I have won with Sheriff will stay marked in my heart for whole life...I had a pleasure to be captain of such a big club as Sheriff and raise championship and Supercup trophy as a captain... I want to thank to all my teammates, all the coaches, club stuff and all people in Tiraspol for making my 2 years there unforgettable... I feel sorry that I couldn’t make deal with club for new contract but this is life and business but  maybe sometimes in future I will come to play for Sheriff again and win more trophies and play champions league...
