Luka, in the former round your team suffered defeat. How important was it to win today?
Yes, today it was very important to win and gain three points. Before the game, the guys felt pressure after the previous result and it was hard to play today. Let me note that it always was not easy to confront Zimbru as you never know who will finally win. Today we fought in every moment of the game, we were eager and persistent to win. That’s why our victory is deserved even we shot with a penalty.
It seemed that in the first half, our team’s offensive play wasn’t aggressive. Is it true?
We can’t expect from the team aggressive play in every game. There was a fight for the center of the field and we were better in the ball control. But some really dangerous moments began to occur in in the second half.
Today, Vladimir Kovacevic played as a defensive midfielder. What is it connected with?
We don’t play with the same line-up all the time. Today there were enough players in defence. And we decided to place Vladimir to the position of defensive midfielder.
Did substitutes prove themselves?
Despite the previous game, today I’m satisfied with the substitutes. Players who come off the substitute bench should change the difficult situation in the match. We needed to intensify the game and to score. In particular, Alexander Osipov managed to fulfill his task. He showed a more aggressive play and, finally, we earned a penalty.
