Luka, first of all, let us know your opinion about today’s game. How much are you satisfied with the game's content and quality?
The game was interesting. Sure, we lost the quality at some points. Overall, we played at a good level. Unfortunately, we conceded three goals. After an own goal, our play broke down a bit. As a result, we conceded another two goals within 10 minutes. In the second half, we had three sitters, but again failed to convert them.
Sometimes, it seemed to be a rough play. Did you expect anything like that?
Our team is young that’s why before the game we were ready to expect a principal and rough play. The opponents’ team is elder. Considering this, we tried not to concede in duels. As a result, more clashes and microinjuries of both teams’ players.
In the second half, our players showed more interesting play. Why?
We changed some formations, talked with all the guys. Our performance was more crashing in the second half. By improving our offensive play, we created many dangerous moments, keeping our goals safe at the same time. I’m satisfied with the team’s performance, but the final score is a big disappointment for us.
Are you satisfied with substitutes performance?
Yes, on the whole, I am. Another two games are waiting ahead, and we need to involve all team players.
What can you say about the teamplay of the guys?
Today we are working on our physical condition. It’s too soon to speak of tactics and teamplay in positive sense. Anyway, today the lads performed well against such a strong and well-organized team like Petrocub.
