In the 12th tour of Division-A, the second team of FC Sheriff lost to FC Victoria (1: 2).

 

Already in the very opening of the game, Nikita Koval could open the score, who opened well in front of the goalkeeper's area, but his shot fell above the crossbar. The home team also responded with a dangerous shot of Ion Pavlov - our defense successfully blocked it. Resrves most often ran to half of the opponent through the flanks, however, many shots and passes to the central square could not be turned into a result, which is why the score remained intact before the half time.

 

In the second half, our pupils increased their speed and aggression, but Victoria players scored. Gennady Orbu converted a penalty for playing with our defender's hand in the penalty area. After the missed goal, the wards of Shota Makharadze completely seized the initiative, but could not even the score. And the hosts scored again in the 77th minute of the game, taking advantage of the mistake of our defender. A quickly organized attack was realized by the opponent's forward Ion Pavlov.

 

In stoppage time, the efforts and desires of the understudies were nevertheless realized into a scored goal, the author of which was Vladislav Kostin.
