The second team of FC Sheriff played their final match of the group stage of the 2026 Winter Cup today.

The match against Chisinau's Politehnica UTM ended in a 1-1 draw in regular time. Mikhail Korotkov scored the goal for our team.

According to the tournament rules, a penalty shootout was held, in which the Chisinau team proved to be stronger, winning 5:3.
