The postponed game of the 23rd tour of the Championship of junior-reserves took place today in Chisinau. FC Sheriff reserves lost to Zimbru youth 0-3.

 

The match passed with varying success. Both teams showed interesting and exciting football. Opponent realized his moments better. For the first half of the game, “bison” made a mark twice - a double is on the account of Alexei Soimu. The first goal was scored as a result of a quick attack, and the second from the penalty.

 

After substitutions at half-time, the wards of Shota Makharadze rushed to recoup. The dangerous shots of Denis Makalich and Valeriu Gaiu, unfortunately, did not reach the goal. Opponent used counterattacks. Alexei Samoilenco was reliable at the goal, who substituted Mihai Choban in the first half. At the 70th minute of the game, the referee showed the second yellow card to Denis Makalich. Zimbru took advantage of the numerical majority, scoring another goal to our goal.

 

In such a difficult situation, the trainees of the Sheriff Football Academy did not give up and continued to fight until the very final whistle. They lost the score, but showed character and showed a desire to fight until the final whistle.
