I want to congratulate FC Sheriff on the victory. The game could be divided into two parts. In the first half, we played quite even, but we were lack of a last pass and aggression in the final.
In the second half, after the second goal, the team mentally gave up. The end of the game was an absolute fail. The reasons were objective. A big group of players was conceding the game. We won’t stoop our heads. We will draw conclusions as a negative result is still result.

The first half of the season may be considered as a preparation for Euro cups. Do you think your team needs more strength?

It’s too early for us to think about Euro cups. We have our domestic Championship that began after a long break. We need to settle this down. Next game, all our players will play. I hope it will be better than today. We had some good moments today, too. I hope we will be improving with each game. Today we played against the Champion, but I can’t say that Sheriff had an absolute advantage of 3-0. Yes, in the end, we could concede for the fourth and fifth time but as for the quality of the game we, perhaps, didn’t deserve such a big defeat.
