Brazilian newcomer of FC Sheriff, Leandro Ribeiro, shared his impressions about the first days of stay in Tiraspol:

- I am very happy to sign the contract with FC Sheriff. I liked the stadium and also infrastructure. I haven’t seen such constructions in my career yet. I hope that together with teammates, we will fulfil objectives in the forthcoming season. As for me – I am very ambitious that’s why I am here. I try to progress always on a personal level, and of course in teamwork. I treat the partners with due respect, at the same time I always seek to be the first.

- In the Georgian championship of last season you were the best assistant. Can our supporters hope that you’ll repeat the same success, but already in the "yellow-black" t-shirt of our club?
-Yes, I don’t doubt myself. I hope to become the best in the Championship of Moldova.

- What information about FC Sheriff did you have before arrival?
- Not so long ago I saw a match of FC Sheriff in the first round of the Champions League with Kutaisi Torpedo. I have heard nothing more about Sheriff before, so it is very interesting for me to come and continue the career path in stronger team.

-What football do you like to play?
- Intensive and assertive style of playing appeals to me. A task to win each game is a priority for me. Brazilian football is one of the best in the world and I will try to prove it with my new team.

- Do you have an idol whom you imitate?
-Yes, of course, I have, undoubtedly Robinho is the best for me.
