The first part of the Championship of Moldova in the National Division of children and youth teams ended.

 

Trainees of the Sheriff Academy traditionally fight for gold medals. In the Under-19 age category, our team leads with 22 points. The wards of Shota Makharadze and Andrei Corneencov are also fighting in European competitions, the UEFA Youth League. The standings are presented on the official website of the Sheriff Academy.

 

Sheriff U-17, under the leadership of Yuri Solovienko, is also the leader of the national youth championship in this age category. Our trainees earned 22 points and are fighting for the championship with the Chisinau team - Dacia-Buiucani. The team's top scorer is Dmitry Pogreban. In the age category U-16, Zimbru leads with 24 points. In the second part of the season, the wards of Vitaly Tarasenko will try to remove the “bison” from the first place. In the Under-15 age category, our trainees are unconditional leaders. In the first part of the season, the team of Denis Laptev broke away from the nearest pursuer in the standings, by seven points. Our trainees only once stumbled, in the first round from a team from Balti, after won nine victories in a row. The scorers' race is led by Dats Botsan with 8 goals, seven scored are on the account of Evgheni Drachuk, Nikita Sandetsky and Denis Gushpit. Standings and game calendar are here.

 

In the age category U-13/14, the struggle is still ongoing. Matches are scheduled for early December. Our trainees are fighting for first place in this championship with teams from Balti and players of the Football Academy of Radu Rebej. The tournament position and the calendar of games are here.
