The head coach of FC Sheriff, Goran Sablic, commented on match results with Codru:

- Good evening. We knew that today there will be a difficult match. Unfortunately, after the match with Milsami we lacked functional preparation. We played very slowly. It is good that our midfielders managed to score with distant shots today. This is new in our game. Codru appeared before us aggressive team which did not give us space on the half of the field. It is good that we won today. I think, this is the most important.

- Four away matches are ahead. For you is it a problem?
- For us it is important to be prepared now well. To return to optimum standards, to have a rest. We are waited by one more difficult game. Against Petrocub it is always difficult to play. We’ll prepare. As for the rest, it is necessary to move from a match to a match.

- At the beginning of the match the team supported Andrii Bliznichenko. In what state  is he and for how long dropped out?
- Unfortunately, we lost Andrii, he is very good winger. The day before yesterday performed on it crucial ligament operation. I think that a half of year it will be restored. Of course, we will lack him. In this situation the chance will be got by other players. I want to wish Andrii the speedy recovery. We’ll wait for his return. The team needs him.
