The draw for the round of 16, the 2018/19 Moldova Cup, has been held. FС Sheriff's opponent became Iskra Rybnitsa that play in the second-level division - Division A.

The first leg is to be held on 20 June in Tiraspol, and the second - on 6 July in Rybnitsa. The winner of the pair will face the best team from SFK Speranta vs FC Codru opposition.
