Sheriff Academy team - FC Sheriff U-18 with Shota Makharadze as a head coach became the champions of the season 2015/2016 in their age category.
 
The team got 55 points in 21 matches being ahead of FC Dacia-Buiucani in 3 points.
 
It should be mentioned that in case Moldova is included in the list of the best 32 associations in the UEFA association ranking in the year 2016, then FC Sheriff U-18 will take part in Youth Champions League for the first time.
