FC Dinamo-Auto – FC Sheriff. Common finish, different places
In the last match of the championship FC Sheriff won over FC Dinamo-Auto by the score 1:0 and got 55 points. FC Milsami and FC Dacia also got 55 points, however the champion was determined according to additional criteria.
At the beginning of the game Amer Dupovac could shot from an inconvenient position but the ball passed close to the post bar. Then Juninho Potiguar got over the hosts defense and made a good shot but it got right at the post bar. FC Dinamo-Auto responded in a very dangerous shot by Maxim Mikhalev. Serghei Paschenco made a great save. On 20th minute FC Sheriff scored the first and the last goal. The episode was divided into two parts. At first Denis Ilesku blocked the shot of our player with his hands but the referee was silent. The ball got to Ricardinho who sent it to the goal in one touch. Right afterwards Tiago Galvao could score another goal but it lacked a few centimeters to reach the goal. FC Dinamo-Auto had another chance to score. At the end of the half Paschenco saved a shot by Gennady Orbu.
In the second half all dangerous moments were created by the end of the match. Maxim Yurku lost his three chances. In a counterattack Isa gave to Paireli, he forwarded it to Ricardinho who sent it to Yurku whose shot lacked a few meters to reach the goal.
FC Sheriff wins by the minimal score but takes only the third place in the championship. The owner of title was determined in Orhei where FC Milsami won over FC Dacia by the score 2:1 and took its first championship in their history.
FC Milsami will play in the UEFA Champions League this year, in the UEFA Europa League – FC Dacia, FC Sheriff and FC Tiraspol.
