The second team of FC Sheriff played their 13th match of the Moldovan Football Championship in League 1. Sergei Ragulin's team faced the group's outsider, FC Fălești.

With our boys completely dominating the game, the score was opened only after 35 minutes, when Artem Popov tested his cannon and proved himself right, scoring from 28 meters. The visitors equalized at the end of stoppage time, contrary to the logic of what was happening on the field.

In the second half, our boys continued to dominate. It took 15 minutes to regain the lead. Maxim Kalashnikov scored the goal. Then Artem Popov single-handedly broke through the entire defense and knocked out his opponents – 3:1. The 17-year-old striker scored a hat trick 11 minutes before the end after converting a penalty.

The final score was 4:1.
