Big win of the reserves
FC Sheriff youth team beat FC Iscra in a control match with a big score difference.
At the beginning of the game, the teams made rare attacks: there were more fights in the centre of the pitch. But by the mid of the first half the Yellow-Blacks started to get opportunities and in the 24th minute, they managed to open the score. Ivan Chumachenko overplayed the goalkeeper and assisted to Vladimir Kovchenko who just fired the ball right into the empty net. Ten minutes later the guests came into fast counterattack where Vladislav Reznic managed to excel 1-1. At the end of the first half, the hosts took the lead due to own goal of Rybnitsa team’s defender.
In the second half, Luka Pavlovich's side didn’t slow down and continued attacking: they hold the initiative and created chances. As a result, Ivan Chumachenko shot four times on target.
The rivals made attempts to cut the difference but the Wasps kept a confident defence and didn’t let Iscra guys become a serious threat at their net.
