Benjamin Balima talked to FC “Sheriff” press service right before the match against “Olimpia” from Beltci.
Ten days ago FC “Sheriff” played with “Olimpia” at home in the Cup and had a lopsided victory. What should we expect from the match of the championship in Beltci?
We always expect to win. Last match against “Olimpia” was played in terms of the Cup, not it is a match of the championship. It is two different things. Our task is to get three points. It is not important how many goals we score, the most important is to get three points.
Going to Beltci has always been not very easy. Do you think the quality of the field will influence the match?
I don’t think the quality of the field will influence our game and its result. our concentration is important.
It often happens that it is more difficult to play with the teams from the lower part of the standings. Is it true?
It does not matter who we play against – either these are leading teams or teams from lower part of the standings. We are always concentrated on the result. we have a serious attitude to every match having respect to each opponent.
How is the mood in the team before the final part of the championship?
I like the atmosphere in the team. We always discuss the game with the guys and share our thoughts. I can also say that everyone is seriously concentrated. There are no guys who think that we have already won the championship. Everyone works to 100%. We are here to play and to win.
