Patras started his football career in FC Politehnica Chisinau. Then he played in the following Romanian clubs: Politehnica Timisoara, CS Buftea, FC Gloria Buzau, FC Otelul, CS Concordia Chiajna, FC Unirea Urziceni. In 2012 Patras went to Azerbaijan to play for Azal FK. A year later the player returned to Moldova, played 10 matches for FC Academia and then moved to FC Milsami. Artur Patras played 69 matches for FC Milsami and scored 9 goals. Together with FC Milsami he won the championship of Moldova in the previous season.
