Alexandr Yerokhin is the Champion of Russia
Yesterday, the FC Zenit, St. Petersburg officially became the Champion of Russia of 2018-2019 season and got gold medals.
In the line-up of St. Petersburg club there is a person who is directly connected with FC Sheriff. It is about the midfielder Aleksandr Yerokhin. In 2008 Alexander got to FC Sheriff Academy. He was only 17 years old. Very quickly, Yerokhin was included into the first team where became one of key players.
His goal scored to the goal of Zagreb Dinamo helped FC Sheriff to pass the third qualifying round of the Champions League. That year our club for the first time got to the group stage of the Europa League. And the goal scored to the goal of Kiev Dinamo at the group stage, is still remembered by supporters.
As a part of FC Sheriff, Alexandr Yerokhin became Champion of Moldova twice, two times won the Cup. Also, in 2009 became the owner of the Commonwealth of Independent States Cup.
